Job Description

The primary goal for a CSR Prom is to provide an excellent customer service experience.

Job Purpose

To provide customers with a pleasant experience by welcoming them, completing rental operations swiftly, providing information on ancillaries and refueling, resolving complaints, and ensuring complete satisfaction.

Key Result Areas

  • Receive the customer at the counter and manage the rental agreement in compliance with company procedures and quality standards on TAS Web.
  • Practice proactive behavior toward customers, maintaining courtesy and professionalism, and offering solutions to maximize satisfaction.
  • Streamline and optimize available company assets (e.g., cars, systems, products, services, etc.) to deliver the best customer service and improve profitability.
  • Coordinate check‑in operations and occasionally handle car park activities.
  • Maximize profit by offering services and ancillary products to customers.

Educational Background

High school graduation or university education.

Professional Experience

Previous sales and customer service experience.

Knowledge

  • Fluent level of English (+ second language)
  • Full driving license
