Do you want to work with Australia's largest enterprises to enable their journey to the cloud? In this role you'll ensure that all AWS teams and partners work together effectively to accelerate customers’ cloud journey.

Amazon Web Services is leading the cloud revolution. As a Customer Solutions Manager you will take end-to-end ownership of a diverse range of projects and initiatives, utilising your communication and program‑management skills to interface with and influence a broad range of multidisciplinary teams (sales, solutions architecture, support, product, professional services, partners). You will be a trusted cloud migration advisor to your customer, leveraging your consulting, complex programme management and technology skills to understand their strategic business objectives, translate them into an executable plan, and drive the implementation to success.

Key Responsibilities

The Customer Solutions Manager role is responsible for cloud transformational programmes (technical, operational, organisational, education) that span across traditional IT teams and business units, acting as a single‑threaded owner for migrations and strategic initiatives. You will coach customers on AWS services, support them in adopting the right solutions, and deliver a great customer experience through innovation and successful migration programmes.

- Lead cloud transformation programmes (technical, operational, organisational, education) across IT teams and business units.

- Serve as single‑threaded owner for Migrations and Strategic Initiatives.

- Maintain breadth and depth of knowledge of existing and emerging cloud technologies.

- Accelerate customer adoption through education and enablement.

- Collaborate with customers to prioritise strategic initiatives and support change management for AWS Services adoption.

- Help shape the Customer Solutions Management function by defining and implementing new processes, methodologies, and tools.

- Manage time efficiently and align required teams to accelerate customers’ cloud journey.

- Act as a thought leader across Amazon organisations, sharing success mechanisms and influencing industry trends.

Basic Qualifications

- 5+ years of leading large‑scale technical or engineering programmes with proven thought leadership and successful completion.

- Experience leading technical and non‑technical transformation project teams across functional teams.

- Customer‑facing experience engaging with executives, technologists or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

- AWS certification (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect) or equivalent cloud certification.

- 10+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience or a bachelor’s degree in a related field (business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering).
