Global R&D Director - Packaging Innovation & Strategy

Serioplast, a global leader in rigid plastic packaging, seeks an experienced R&D Director to lead our global Research & Development function at the Global Headquarters. You will define the R&D roadmap, lead multidisciplinary teams, and collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Operations and Project Management to deliver new products and technologies worldwide. We require a degree in Engineering or related discipline, strong leadership in R&D, and fluency in English.
