Our products serve customers worldwide across the Industrial, Food & Beverage, Automotive and Health Tech markets.To support the growth of our European Sales organization, we are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team.As our Inside Sales Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of small, transactional B2B customers across Europe, managing their day-to-day commercial activities from lead management, quotation to order fulfilment. You will play a key role in building customer loyalty while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within your assigned portfolio.What you will doManage a portfolio of transactional B2B customers, providing timely, professional and solution-oriented support.Handle customer enquiries related to products, pricing, quotations, order status, lead times and deliveries.Prepare quotations for standard products in line with company pricing policies.Manage the entire order-to-delivery process, including order entry, confirmation, tracking and returns.Collaborate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance and Customer Service to ensure excellent customer experience.Resolve customer issues promptly, maintaining clear and professional communication throughout the process.Maintain accurate customer, quotation and order information in SAP and CRM, contributing to increasingly digital and automated commercial processes.Who we are looking forWe're looking for a proactive, organized and customer-oriented professional who enjoys managing a high-volume portfolio of transactional customers while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and service quality.More specifically, you will bring:Previous experience in Customer Service, Inside Sales, Sales Administration or Order Management within a B2B manufacturing or industrial environment.Fluent English, both written and spoken.Experience using SAP;
