Lead & Inspire

Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Operations Development team Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement Act as a coach and mentor, accelerating team capability and growth Shape Strategy & Translate into Action

Partner with Product Group leadership to define strategic priorities Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps with measurable impact Ensure alignment across regions, functions, and stakeholders Drive Complex Transformation

Lead large-scale, cross-functional and international programs Manage high‑complexity projects (technical, organizational, cultural) Deliver tangible, measurable improvements across operations Influence Across the Organization

Engage with stakeholders from shopfloor to executive level Collaborate across R&D, Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations Play an active role in the Product Group Management Team What You Know

Experience & Expertise

Proven experience managing complex international projects/programs Exposure to:

Manufacturing transformation CAPEX / footprint / relocation projects Digitalization (ERP, MES, WMS, RPA) Lean Six Sigma methodologies
