Lead & Inspire: Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Operations Development team; foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement; act as a coach and mentor, accelerating team capability and growth Shape Strategy & Translate into Action: Partner with Product Group leadership to define strategic priorities; translate strategy into actionable roadmaps with measurable impact; ensure alignment across regions, functions, and stakeholders Drive Complex Transformation: Lead large-scale, cross-functional and international programs; manage high-complexity projects (technical, organizational, cultural); deliver tangible, measurable improvements across operations Influence Across the Organization: Engage with stakeholders from shopfloor to executive level; collaborate across R&D, Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations; play an active role in the Product Group Management Team What you know
