Resina Partners is supporting a leading Italian engineering plastics compounder in the search for a Sales Manager. A compact, agile plant specialising in engineering plastics and custom compounds for injection moulding applications. The role is part of a structured succession plan of 12-18 months, with the objective of gradually taking over responsibilities from a senior commercial colleague. Support the management of an existing portfolio of customers and distributors, alongside a senior commercial colleague Gradually develop new business opportunities in the Italian and international markets 5+ years experience in sales roles ~ Previous experience in the plastics industry is a strong plus ~ Fluent English, both written and spoken ~ Availability to travel in Italy and abroad Join a technically strong Italian compounding plant, with direct access to decision-makers ~ Real long-term growth opportunity in the polymers market ~40–55k based on seniority + company car Office presence: around 1 day/week (more frequent at the beginning)Travel involved: around 50.000 km/year in Italy, with occasional trips abroad –––Resina Partners is a boutique recruitment firm specialised in the plastics industry.
