Join us and help run what runs the world.This position reports to: EL Sales Support Manager - Configuration & QuotationYour Role And ResponsibilitiesYou will be part of the Italian Service Sales Support team and will have the opportunity to collaborate with the Service Sales Organization and customers throughout the proposal process by preparing technical offers for Service product portfolio. Each day you will determine prices, prepare documentation for contracts/tender participation as per customer requirements, and serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by performing lost proposal analysis, identifying potential cause, and recommending future actions.Supporting the local Sales organization and customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions.Preparing/supporting in the preparation of technical/commercial offers for both MV and LV service products based on customer specification requirements, local business/feeder factory indications, and Sales organization directives.Analyzing customer needs and competitor offers through information from general market and the Sales organization.Hel the organization to map our installed base through customer/sales inputs.Defining prices for the proposed solution and communicates it to the Sales organization.Actively handle and prepare the administrative documents for tender participation as per customers (Utility, EPC etc) requirements.Be accountable for the time to quote for the assigned requests in order to meet the offer delivery date expected by customers and by the organization.Handling contracts for private and public/government customers.Interact with external and internal stakeholders in order to get all the info required to prepare the proposals.Identifying the most suitable approach that can be applied to better serve the customer.Qualifications For The RoleYou are familiar working with Salesforce (or similar CRM), ERP systems and know the main rules for tender participation in term of documents required.Proven experience in a similar role in a B2B environment (previous experience in similar role is considered a plus).You are familiar with Service business (spare parts, site activities, retrofit, revamping) with focus on MV and LV products.You are passionate about learning, solving customer issues through innovative and custom-made solutions.You have a demonstrated track record in administrative documents preparation for private and public tenders.You are at ease communicating in Italian and English both written and spoken.Compensation PackageAs part of our commitment to transparency, we want to share the compensation details for this position:Applicable CBA: MetalmeccanicoMinimum annual salary: € 39.000,00Variable Pay: Eligible for Company Productivity BonusThe offer will be tailored based on your role location, experience, skills and qualifications, internal market positioning and alignment with ABB internal standards.Benefits As Per PolicyFlexible working hours, hybrid work options, and a strong focus on work-life integration and Wellbeing support for employees and their families.
