Experteer Overview

As the operational backbone of Hitachi’s global succession pipeline, you will own end-to-end construction, maintenance, and visualization of the leadership talent pool across Business Units. You’ll design data architecture, dashboards, and governance rhythms to make the pipeline transparent, measurable, and actionable for executive decision-making. You’ll deliver the first integrated global succession dashboard and establish standardized processes across regions. This role combines data engineering, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the right leaders are ready for critical roles. You will impact leadership development at a global scale within the Talent Management CoE. Retribuzione / Benefits

Design and maintain global succession pipeline infrastructure (data taxonomy, candidate profiles, readiness scores) Integrate inputs from talent reviews and leadership programs into a unified pipeline database Build real-time dashboards visualizing pipeline health by BU/region/role criticality and diversity Provide data-driven insights to CHROs and executives, informing talent investment decisions Lead annual succession calibration cycle, ensuring data-driven, objective movement tracking Define and enforce pipeline governance standards (slate coverage targets, time-to-readiness, IDP completion) Develop a standardized succession slate template and calibration processes across regions Collaborate with BU HR leads, CHROs, and GLD team to align on governance cadence Responsabilità

Succession planning, talent pool management, or workforce analytics experience in global/multi-BU environments Experience building or managing talent dashboards, pipeline databases, or people analytics platforms Strong data analysis and visualization skills (Excel, BI tools, HR analytics platforms) Business English proficiency Experience with succession planning tools or HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday) Japanese language proficiency is a bonus, but not required
