Job Description: You will join our team in Bologna, Italy, as a Business Manager Intern, supporting the development of our Information System & Digital business lines. You will gain hands-on experience in business development and recruitment activities within a multicultural and dynamic environment, directly contributing to the expansion of our company. Your Missions: Conduct cold calls and prospecting to identify potential clients Support the preparation of presentations and commercial proposals Analyze market trends and monitor competitor activities Participate in the search and pre-selection of candidates Contribute to the definition of recruitment strategies and talent network creation Collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams to ensure an efficient recruitment process Assist in onboarding and integration of new team members Support the organization of internal events and team-building activities Your Profile: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field Eligible for an extracurricular or Master’s internship agreement Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools English and Italian fluent You demonstrate strong communication skills You are dynamic, proactive, and eager to learn You show a genuine interest in sales, recruitment, and consulting You thrive in a multicultural and fast-paced environment What We Offer: An international community bringing together 110+ different nationalities Access to training resources and mentorship from experienced professionals Structured Training Program:Interactive online theoretical modules Shadowing with Senior Managers in business development and recruitment strategy Weekly progress evaluations Personalized coaching and continuous support At Mantu, sustainability is part of everything we do.
