Logistics – Transportation Coordinator – Reggio Emilia We’re looking for a Transportation Coordinator in Reggio Emilia. Primary Purpose of Role Coordination of all Export and Import Activities of the Plant and related Team. Main Opportunities & Challenges Working in a multinational environment, with multi functional teams and strong collaboration. Possibility to have a 360 view on Logistic and Supply Chain environment. Key Responsibilities

Manage Transportation and Shipment Team (4 people), in order to Ship On Time and Minimize costs to all our Main Customers and Subsidiaries. Organizing all Transportation processes and picking from Suppliers and between different plants; Implementing Bonded Warehouse for Overseas Suppliers and Milk Run logic to Italian ones to leverage Transportation costs ; Management of triangular operations and Issues of related documentation. Manage All Import documentation and coordinate information and physical flow between suppliers, customs agent /broker and forwarders Coordinate Shipment Team, working closely with Production Streams and Customer Service team, in order to Maximize Monthly Turnover and Targets. Monthly Contact with Main Transport Forwarders, giving feedback on Service Levels and requesting update quotations.

Competencies and Behaviors Essential – Hard skills

Proficient Level and Knowledge of English, written and spoken Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel – Power Point) + Knowledge of ERP System (SAP knowledge is a Plus) Following procedures and process with care and Accuracy in each step Ability to communicate and cooperate with customers/suppliers and forwarders Accuracy in each steps activities Team Working Oriented Problem solving and Proactivity is a must

Considered as a plus:

Open mind to manage changes and evolving context and environment WMS Infrastructure and System Knowledge will be a plus

Qualifications and Experience Education: University master degree – International languages/Economy or similar Professional background 3-4 years of experience in same or similar role and context related (preferred if in a multinational environment) and strong motivation to learn quickly.
