At Datalogic , we are looking for a brilliant and detail-oriented Corporate Affairs & Compliance Intern to join our Legal & Corporate team. Reporting directly to the Head of Corporate Affairs, you will dive into the heart of corporate governance and international compliance, working on complex projects across Italy and the EMEA region.

This isn’t just an internship; it’s an opportunity to work at the core of a multinational Group, liaising with international consultants and ensuring our global operations run smoothly and ethically.

What you will do:

• Corporate Governance: Assist in preparing and filing key corporate documents, including board minutes, resolutions, and powers of attorney.
• International Coordination: Support the management of our EMEA branches, coordinating with local advisors to ensure regional compliance.
• Compliance & Research: Conduct legal research on corporate governance best practices, with a deep dive into GDPR and privacy regulations.
• Regulatory Monitoring: Help monitor internal and external regulations to keep Datalogic ahead of the curve.
• Information Management: Keep our corporate databases and document systems sharp and up to date.

What we are looking for:

• Educational Background: A Law Degree with a Master’s in Corporate Law. A thesis focused on Commercial or Corporate Law is highly preferred.
• Languages: Advanced proficiency in both Italian and English (you’ll be working on international documentation daily).
• Tech-savvy: Strong command of MS Office.
• Soft Skills: High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and organizational skills. We value a collaborative mindset and a "proactive" communication style.
