Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries related to online banking services, account management, and transactions in Italian
  • Assist clients with account setup, password resets, transaction inquiries, and dispute resolution
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and data security protocols while handling sensitive information
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly with a focus on delivering excellent service
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to expedite and resolve complex issues efficiently
  • Stay informed about new banking products, services, and online security measures to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers

Requirements

  • Exceptional fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential
  • Previous experience in customer service within the banking or financial sector is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of online banking platforms and financial products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
  • Proficient problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and banking compliance requirements
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to support customers across different time zones
