Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers
- Handle queries via phone, email, or chat
- Resolve issues related to products, orders, accounts, or technical concerns
- Adapt quickly to new tools and processes
- Work collaboratively with team leaders and quality teams to improve customer satisfaction
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment
Qualifications
- Fluency in English (B2 level or higher)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer‑focused mindset with good problem‑solving abilities
- Willingness to relocate to Greece (relocation support provided)
- For some projects: Technical knowledge or B2B cloud experience
- For specific roles: Minimum age of 21
