Job Description
We are seeking an OT Deployment Lead to orchestrate and govern a large-scale OT cybersecurity deployment project across multiple factories, global functions, and third-party services. This is a strategic role supporting a global cybersecurity program in a dynamic industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, own, and manage the end-to-end deployment plan, including reapplication waves and handover to Run & Support teams
Coordinate factory deployments of OT hardware, software, and tools, as well as global support services such as identity management and network infrastructure
Enforce governance, workflows, auditing and approval processes to ensure disciplined rollout and timely decision-making
Track progress, risks, blockers, and decisions, ensuring timely escalation and resolution
Act as the single coordination point across factories, central IT/OT, cybersecurity teams, and external vendors
Drive execution cadences, readiness checkpoints and maintain alignment with the overall project masterplan, including milestones, dependencies, and risks
Align local and global priorities, reducing friction across sites, services, and teams
Provide clear, decision‑ready reporting and ensure consistent messaging for Global OT management
Maintain strong communication, persuasion, and escalation skills to translate strategy into executable plans
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience as an OT Project Manager, Digital Transformation Lead, IT/OT Deployment Coordinator, or a similar role.
Experience working in industrial or manufacturing environments and managing multi‑site deployments.
Strong understanding of OT hardware and software, industrial automation, IT/OT integration, OT networks, PAM, Active Directory, Network Security, and SCADA.
Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams, vendors, governance processes, risk management, and large‑scale deployment activities.

Ability to influence and align stakeholders across local and global teams.

Language Proficiency
English: Professional written and spoken proficiency - mandatory.
Italian: Professional written and spoken proficiency - mandatory.
Desired Qualifications
Experience in Project Management, Digital Transformation, and IT/OT stream coordination.
Experience delivering large‑scale, multi‑site deployments within industrial or manufacturing environments.
Strong vendor and stakeholder management experience.
Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity services, governance frameworks, and deployment methodologies.
Experience with OT cybersecurity initiatives, project reporting, risk and dependency management, and large‑scale rollout programs.
Work Conditions
Working hours: 40 working hours per week
Contract type: Permanent
Working setup (hybrid, on site, remote): Hybrid, 1/2 days from home

Salary starting with 50000 EUR gross/year, depending on seniority level.
