Overview
Experteer Overview. In this role, you will lead project execution within G.D Project Management Team to deliver on time, within scope and budget, while upholding our governance framework. You will serve as the primary liaison with customers, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive project performance through structured planning and risk management. The role offers impact in shaping project delivery within a global industrial setting and contributing to customer satisfaction. You will work closely with multi-disciplinary stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
Apply and ensure the Project Management Framework, Methodology, Policy and Tools are used; uphold the Project Governance Model
Review Project Scope, Time and Cost against the Business Case or Customer Order/Contract
Identify and engage project stakeholders (including customer representatives)
Act as the main contact with customers during execution to boost satisfaction
Ensure a strong Project Start via effective handover from Pre-order to Execution
Coordinate creation of the Overall Project Plan with the PM Team and functional leaders
Obtain approval of the Project Plan Baseline for performance measurement
Ensure the Plan is understood and respected by all stakeholders
Manage project constraints (Budget, Time, Scope, Quality) and execution
Coordinate communications and archive necessary project documentation
Lead regular Project Performance reviews and define corrective actions with PM Team
Identify and manage Changes in line with Governance and escalation rules
Address issues and remove impediments; support stakeholders in decisions
Organize and lead Project Performance Review meetings; ensure reporting
Lead Gate and Milestone reviews and team collaboration
Identify gaps in resource competences and escalate for resolution
Schedule and lead Project Team meetings; promote lessons learned
Identify and respond to Project Risks
Qualifications
At least 5 years experience in project management within industrial environments and well-structured matrix organizations
Proficient knowledge of Office Suite, especially Excel
Excellent knowledge of the English Language (writing, speaking, reading)
Good analytical and organizational skills
Flexible aptitude and ability to work well in groups; comfortable with ambiguity and stakeholder interaction
Experience managing multicultural teams with different backgrounds
