Experteer Overview

As Program Manager for Large Power Converters, you steer NPDI-driven development and launch of new products within the Power Management business. You’ll lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and more to deliver on scope, schedule, and budget while maintaining governance and launch readiness. The role emphasizes high-complexity programs with limited supervision, driving accountability and continuous improvement. You’ll help scale the product line and support sustaining, regionalization, and lifecycle initiatives.

  • Lead cross-functional projects within the Large Power Converters Product Line from initiation to launch
  • Manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, and dependencies to achieve objectives
  • Support NPDI gate reviews, milestone reviews, and launch readiness assessments
  • Maintain execution control via dashboards, risk registers, issue logs, and executive reporting
  • Coordinate with regional and global teams across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Compliance
  • Drive stakeholder alignment, escalation handling, and recovery planning
  • Support regionalization, sustaining, cost-out, compliance, and lifecycle initiatives
  • Communicate project status clearly to leadership and stakeholders and foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement

Responsabilità

  • >6 years of project or program management experience in industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or technology environments
  • Proven ability to manage high-complexity, cross-functional programs with limited supervision
  • Strong governance, reporting, milestone tracking, and executive communication skills
  • Ability to lead without direct authority and drive accountability across functions
  • Effective communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed organization
