As Program Manager for Large Power Converters, you steer NPDI-driven development and launch of new products within the Power Management business. You’ll lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and more to deliver on scope, schedule, and budget while maintaining governance and launch readiness. The role emphasizes high-complexity programs with limited supervision, driving accountability and continuous improvement. You’ll help scale the product line and support sustaining, regionalization, and lifecycle initiatives. Retribuzione / Benefits

Lead cross-functional projects within the Large Power Converters Product Line from initiation to launch Manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, and dependencies to achieve objectives Support NPDI gate reviews, milestone reviews, and launch readiness assessments Maintain execution control via dashboards, risk registers, issue logs, and executive reporting Coordinate with regional and global teams across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Compliance Drive stakeholder alignment, escalation handling, and recovery planning Support regionalization, sustaining, cost-out, compliance, and lifecycle initiatives Communicate project status clearly to leadership and stakeholders and foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement Responsabilità

>6 years of project or program management experience in industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or technology environments Proven ability to manage high-complexity, cross-functional programs with limited supervision Strong governance, reporting, milestone tracking, and executive communication skills Ability to lead without direct authority and drive accountability across functions Effective communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills Ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed organization
