Uniser, a social enterprise based in Bologna (Italy) with operational headquarters in Spain and Poland, is looking for new colleagues to join our team.
We are currently recruiting for two different positions within our Erasmus + VET mobility programmes, starting from August/September 2026:
Project Manager
Mobility Coordinator
Both roles contribute to the successful delivery of international mobility projects and offer the opportunity to work in a dynamic, international, and mission‑driven environment.
ABOUT UNISER
Uniser is a social enterprise supporting the internationalisation of education institutions. Our mission is to make learning mobility an integral part of education systems, turning Erasmus into the future of training.
More than 300 schools across Europe cooperate with Uniser for the design and management of mobility projects, involving around 2,000 learners and teachers every year in work‑based learning experiences, internships, study visits, job shadowing, and training courses.
ABOUT THE ROLES
PROJECT MANAGER
As a Project Manager , you will be responsible for managing international mobility projects and building long‑term relationships with schools.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Supporting the onboarding and ongoing development of PREMIUM schools.
Planning and coordinating mobility flows for learners and staff.
Supporting budget management, reporting activities, and audit processes.
Managing contract renewals and commercial negotiations with partner schools.
Monitoring project revenues, costs, and overall sustainability.
Delivering tailored services and consultancy activities based on schools' needs.
Maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
MOBILITY COORDINATOR – ERASMUS+ VET
As a Mobility Coordinator, you will support the implementation of Erasmus+ mobility projects in the VET sector, ensuring smooth coordination among all stakeholders involved.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Coordinating mobility flows and related operational activities.
Managing communication with sending organisations and international hosting partners.
Supporting participants before and during their mobility experience.
Monitoring timelines and ensuring project activities are delivered as planned.
Contributing to the organisation of mobility logistics and documentation.
Supporting administrative and back‑office activities related to project implementation.
Collaborating with colleagues and partners to ensure a high‑quality mobility experience.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and relationship‑oriented professional who enjoys managing projects.
Our ideal candidate:
Speaks Italian and English fluently.
Has strong organisational and planning skills.
Is able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Communicates effectively with different stakeholders.
Demonstrates a proactive attitude and problem‑solving mindset.
Is confident working with budgets, administrative procedures, and project monitoring tools.
Enjoys working in multicultural and international contexts.
Is comfortable using digital tools and managing operational processes.
Knowledge of additional languages and previous experience in educational mobility programmes will be considered an asset.
WHAT WE OFFER
Permanent employment contract under the Italian CCNL Commercio (Level IV).
Full‑time position (40 hours per week).
Annual gross salary (RAL): €25,000, plus a variable bonus system linked to project performance and results.
