In this field-based leadership role, you will drive regional growth for Stryker’s Trauma & Extremities business across North and Central Italy. You will lead a mixed direct and indirect sales organization, shaping strategy, forecasting, and talent development. You’ll build strong partnerships with hospitals and surgeons while navigating change in a dynamic healthcare market. Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field Advanced English level (C1) 7+ years of professional experience 5+ years in commercial roles in sales/marketing 3+ years of people management experience Experience in operating room environments Track record of achieving commercial targets Experience in Medical Devices industry Strong CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
