Experteer Overview
As a Resident Senior Controller in India, you will monitor plant performance and drive financial governance for the manufacturing site. You will partner with plant management to ensure transparent reporting and alignment with group standards, focusing on cost control, budgeting, and CapEx evaluations. You will work across Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement and Sales to enable data‑driven decisions that enhance efficiency and profitability. This role offers impact at scale within a multinational manufacturing context and a pathway to shape financial operations on the plant floor.

Analyze production costs, labor efficiency and machine utilization
Manage standard costing, variance analysis and cost allocation

Monitor cross‑functional KPIs (sales margins, purchasing costs, production volumes, inventory turnover, quality costs)
Coordinate plant budgeting and forecasting processes
Ensure compliance with financial procedures and internal controls
Support audit activities and reporting improvements
Act as financial partner to plant management and liaise with HQ
Responsibilities
8/10+ years in Controlling with significant manufacturing exposure
Strong background in plant controlling within multinational companies
Experience supporting manufacturing operations and international environments
Experience with Indian manufacturing operations highly preferred
Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities
Deep understanding of manufacturing cost structures
Experience cross‑functional with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement and Sales
ERP experience SAP preferred and familiarity with BI tools
Languages: Fluent English

Annual gross salary 70,000–100,000
