What we are looking for

We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to contribute to Berco Aftermarket growth by supporting the Regional Sales Manager in building sales packages and ensuring effective coordination of sales-related information in an international, technical-industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Regional Sales Manager and the Sales Team in the preparation, management, and follow-up of commercial offers, quotations, and customer requests.

• Contribute to the creation of complete and accurate sales packages, coordinating technical, commercial, and administrative information.

• Act as a key interface between Sales, Product Support and Product Operations and other internal functions to ensure smooth information flow and timely execution of sales activities.

• Handle customer and internal requests via phone and email, managing issues autonomously or escalating complex cases when required.

• Liaise with the technical service of the headquarters for issues requiring second-level technical support.

• Produce technical‑commercial documentation.

• Coordinate, archive, and maintain sales-related documentation using internal tools and shared platforms, ensuring compliance with company procedures.

• Support sales planning and execution activities, including order follow-up, delivery coordination, and monitoring of sales progress.

• Contribute to continuous improvement by supporting the implementation of new tools, processes, and working methodologies.

• Actively share information and best practices with colleagues, contributing to a collaborative and customer-focused working environment.

• Ensure professional, transparent, and solution‑oriented communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications and Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Foreign Languages, or related fields

• 2–3 years of experience in a Sales Support, Commercial Back Office, or similar role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment

• Technical background preferred

• Understanding of the sales cycle, from customer request to order execution.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high level of accuracy and autonomy.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP or similar);

• Fluency in English (C1 level) is required; other languages will be considered as a plus.

Salary range between 35k€-40k€ according to competencies and skills
