Social Media Manager & Content Creator (Solo or Crew!)

About the Role
We are looking for a wildly creative, high-energy Social Media Manager to take over our digital presence. If you just graduated (or are about to), live for pop culture, and know exactly what makes a video hit the algorithm right, we want you.
Here is the fun part: Have some friends who are just as creative? Bonus! We are open to hiring you as a small crew to create consistent, simple, but highly effective content together.
Our Clients: We work with old-school, family-run engineering and manufacturing businesses. The industries are conservative, but the work they do is highly innovative. Your mission is to bridge that gap. We need content that is fun, enticing, and gives off a great vibe, but remains deeply business-focused. You need to make industrial innovation look cool while making direct, ROI-driven statements that appeal to serious business owners.
What You'll Be Doing
Direct & Create: Brainstorm, direct, and film short-form videos. Keep it simple but effective. You will translate complex engineering concepts into engaging, digestible content.
The "Crew" Dynamic: Act as the face of the brand or bring your friends in! We love the idea of a consistent, recognizable crew testing products, exploring tech, and making industrial topics approachable and fun.
VR Gaming & Testing: Dive into Virtual Reality! You will play and test out various VR games and tech, describing your honest, entertaining experiences to our audience to highlight innovation.
Hit the Town: We will send you (and your crew) out into Bologna to attend VR, tech, and manufacturing events. You'll be our on-the-ground reporters, capturing the hype and networking.
Business-Focused Analytics: Manage daily posting and track analytics with a sharp focus on ROI. You will use data to prove why the content works and how it drives value for conservative, family-run businesses.
Edit & Polish: Handle basic video editing to make content snappy and ready for the feed.
Design Templates: Generate and maintain visual media templates for quick, on-brand posting that balances a fun vibe with professional clarity.
Who You Are
The Vibe: You are a recent university graduate (or a current student) who is outgoing, artistic, and highly motivated.
Business-Minded: You understand that while social media is fun, it ultimately needs to drive results. You know how to communicate value, ROI, and direct business statements without being boring.
VR Curious: You don't need to be a hardcore gamer, but you must be eager to learn about VR, test it out, and articulate your experiences on camera.
Camera Confident: You (and your friends, if applying as a crew) love being in front of the lens.
Tech Savvy: You know your way around a camera or a high-end smartphone, and have solid basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, etc.).
Creative & Independent: You can take an idea, script it, shoot it, and post it entirely on your own—or manage your small crew to get it done.
