AI Engineer – Project Leader

CRIF, a prestigious and innovative international group specializing in informational solutions, decision models, outsourcing, software, and consulting services to support banks, financial companies, insurance companies, utilities, and telecommunications companies, is seeking a AI Engineer – Project Leader . The resource will join the Global AI Data Products team, the centre of innvoation and excellence, and will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI solutions supporting core products and business processes. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams (data engineering, product, business, IT) and international stakeholders, covering the full AI solution lifecycle: from requirement definition and model development to production deployment and performance monitoring.

PhD or Master’s Degree in computer science, engineering, applied mathematics, statistics, or a similar quantitative field. ~4+ years of experience in Data Science / AI Engineer / AI fields ~ Contribute to the development and evolution of AI Data Products (Machine Learning and Generative AI) at a global level ~ Collaborate with data engineering and platform teams to integrate models into existing systems Work closely with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into data-driven solutions

Strong proficiency in Python Experience with synthetic data generation approaches for the evaluation of AI Systems Experience with prompt engineering techniques for LLMs and other generative models Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Experience working with one of the major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) Knowledge of DEVOps / MLOps and microservices architectures Familiarity with instrument of version control (es.
