Your Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end ownership of global digital platforms — lead the development, rollout, day-to-day operations, and continuous optimisation of websites, landing pages, and apps, while defining and maintaining a clear, prioritised ecosystem roadmap.
  • Lead complex web projects, including timeline, budget, and risk management and coordinate cross-functional teams as well as external agencies and technology partners.
  • Drive platform delivery across the full tech stack: plan and steer initiatives covering CMS, hosting, APIs/interfaces, integrations, and broader technical improvements.
  • Ensure discoverability and measurement at scale: own technical SEO (including AI/LLM-driven search optimisation) and define tracking & analytics with GTM and GA4.
  • Proactively identify new technologies and trends and translate innovation into tangible, measurable value for the company.
  • Establish a culture of ownership and delivery in your team: clear accountability, standards, a strong quality mindset, and continuous improvement.

Your Profile:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a comparable role - ideally within an international company or a digital agency environment.
  • Strong technical understanding and experience in planning and delivering digital platforms (websites/landing pages/apps) including CMS, hosting, interfaces/integrations, technical SEO, tracking and release management.
  • Strong project management capability - structured, pragmatic, and delivery-oriented.
  • Proven experience in leading and developing teams and managing external service providers/agencies.
  • High quality standards, clear sense of ownership, a hands‑on mindset, and the ability to reduce complexity.
  • German, Italian, and English - fluent and confident in both written and spoken.
