YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESConduct risk assessments and develop and mantain and keep up to datethe "Documento di Valutazione dei Rischi" (DVR)Ensure compliance with D.Lgs. 81/2008, take care of safety documentation and coordinate the company’s protection and prevention serviceDeliver safety training and awareness programsDevelop emergency plans and coordinate drills and lead investigations in case of accidents and incidentsCollaborate with the Employer, Occupational Physician, and Workers' Safety RepresentativeImplement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workplace safetyConduct audits, inspections, and safety performance analysisCoordination of the group’s health and safety specialistsYOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLSHigh school diploma, a degree preferably in a technical field, or specialized training in Engineering, Safety Management or Environmental ScienceQualified RSPP (Modules A, B, C)Previous years of experience as an RSPP, preferably in a manufacturing industryCertified trainer (in accordance with D.I. 06.03.2013)Familiarity with integrated management systems, particularly ISO 45001Comprehensive understanding of D.Lgs. 81/2008 and applicable safety regulationsKnowledge of safety auditing and inspection methodsExcellent knowledge of Italian, German and EnglishOUR COMMITMENTInnovative work environment in a young, dynamic teamHigh-tech projects in the future-proof sector of e-mobilityOpportunities for advancement in a growing companyA wide range of further training opportunitiesAttractive bonus system and performance-related payAdditional company benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr
