IT Monitoring Solution Engineer for German speaking market (M/F/D) NetEye, our highly rated Unified Monitoring solution (Monitoring, ITOA, APM, SIEM&LOG Management, Service Management) supports our customers capturing the health of IT infrastructure as well as monitoring the availability of IT services and helps ensuring a secure and reliable IT environment. Our innovative and constantly growing company is looking for IT Monitoring Solution Engineer to strengthen our team.

Responsibilities

Deploying and configuring our NetEye solutions to meet client specifications

Designing network infrastructure (Switch, WiFi, Firewall, Router)

Key user training

Working closely together with the R&D department as well as with the support team to guarantee a continuous knowledge sharing

Requirements

Experience-based knowledge in System and Network monitoring and management

Skilled in troubleshooting/incident management

Experience-based knowledge with IT System Administration of Linux-based systems

Knowledge of Bash and PowerShell scripting

Excellent communication and relationship skillsFluency in German (mother tongue), good English & Italian language skills

Experience-based knowledge of Elastic stack, Python, Ansible and Kubernetes will be a plus
