YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the lifecycle of laboratory equipment, ensuring proper registration, traceability, and documentation Maintain equipment records and monitor maintenance, calibration, and inspection activities Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, testing, and repairs with internal stakeholders and external service providers Perform regular equipment checks to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards Support the procurement, installation, commissioning, and decommissioning of laboratory equipment Drive continuous improvements in equipment management and maintenance processes YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Technical qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field Experience in the maintenance and management of laboratory equipment and technical systems Knowledge of calibration processes and quality standards (e.g., ISO 17025 or similar) Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, electrical schematics, and mechanical drawings Experience working with external suppliers and service providers Good MS Office skills (Excel, Word) Valid Category B driving licence Structured, hands-on, and solution-oriented working style Strong organizational and communication skills Fluent in English and German or English and Italian OUR COMMITMENT Innovative work environment in a young, dynamic team High-tech projects in the future-proof sector of e-mobility Opportunities for advancement in a growing company A wide range of further training opportunities Total compensation: € 45.000-€ 68.000 including 20% variable bonus based on goal achievement Additional company benefits The compensation range provided is based on the current scope and location of the role.
