Responsibilities
- Assist the General Counsel in managing daily administrative operations of the Legal function, including meetings, document handling, signatures, and archiving
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion, accuracy, and reliability
- Manage the corporate insurance portfolio
- Coordinate and track multiple topics, projects, and stakeholders in parallel
- Maintain and manage registers, corporate records, and administrative documentation
- Support corporate and administrative processes related to group entities, governance, and internal documentation
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of organizational structures, workflows, and documentation within the Legal Team
- Act as a reliable organizational interface between the General Counsel, the Legal Team, and the wider organization
Qualifications & Skills
- Completed education in business administration, finance, corporate administration, law, or similar
- Previous professional experience as Legal Assistant, ideally in a law firm or corporate environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office; familiarity with contract tools or SharePoint as a plus
- Excellent organizational skills, sense of responsibility and ownership
- Strong communication skills, discretion and reliability
- Structured e proactive attitude
- Fluency in English, German and/or Italian as an advantage
