Role Overview
Villa Eden, one of the Leading Hotels of the World, is a boutique luxury retreat with just 25 exclusive suites, two award‑winning restaurants, and a world-renowned Med Spa. To maintain our reputation for excellence and provide exceptional guest experiences, we are seeking a Front Office Manager to lead our front office team with professionalism, precision, and passion. The Reservation Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing all reservation activities of Villa Eden, ensuring a seamless, personalized, and high‑end booking experience that reflects the standards of a Leading Luxury Longevity Retreat. At the core, the role is about converting demand into revenue while delivering an exceptional first guest experience already at the booking stage.
Experience
Proven experience in the Reservation Department of a luxury hotel, and experience as a Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager in a luxury hotel environment is essential. Experience with Leading Hotels of the World standards is a strong advantage.
Languages
- Fluency in English, Italian, and German is required;
additional languages are a plus.
