Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead large SAP-enabled project initiatives and oversee multiple engagements for key Vistex customers. You will build trusted client relationships while delivering end-to-end solution delivery, including scoping, planning, and governance across technical and business processes. You will drive project outcomes, manage budgets and risks, and mentor junior delivery professionals. This is an opportunity to shape complex SAP implementations and expand Vistex consulting services within a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Manage multiple client projects concurrently
Lead onsite implementation projects
Define deliverables, templates and standards; develop integrated project plans and milestones
Manage SOW/Contract requirements and change requests
Identify required consulting skills and staff projects appropriately
Oversee project performance metrics, risks, issues, budgets and client expectations
Serve as first escalation point for project-related issues
Foster trusted advisor relationships with client and partner stakeholders
Monitor and manage project financials and headcount
Ensure compliance with PMO processes and procedures
Mentor junior project managers and delivery managers
Assist in pre-sales activities and expanding consulting services
Identify and close new service opportunities for assigned clients
Responsabilità
SAP experience managing complex and fixed priced projects
5+ years of SAP project management experience
SD, Order to Cash & Finance area
Experience in multiple SAP full lifecycle implementations
Independent thinking with keen problem-solving skills
Ability to adapt to changing schedules and multiple work plans
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Ability to learn new software quickly
Willingness to travel
