As a Service Campaign Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and executing customer-focused service campaigns. Your goal is to ensure smooth coordination across departments and deliver high-quality results that enhance customer satisfaction and operational performance
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate and manage service campaigns in close collaboration with internal teams and customers
Monitor campaign execution, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and customer expectations are met
Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for process improvement
Ensure alignment with company standards and service objectives
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to maintain transparency and alignment
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Experience in project management, customer service or campaign coordination, ideally in automotive or manufacturing
Technical background is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
Excellent communication skills in English
