Location: Lana Working method: Presence; Hybrid Employment: Full‑time Responsibilities In your role as Team Lead Content Management, you will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop holistic, cross‑channel campaign strategies for our hotel clients. You are responsible for the quality, goal achievement and conversion performance of all content, from the initial concept through to final implementation, and continuously optimize results based on A/B testing and performance data. You will also introduce new tools and software solutions to ensure efficient campaign management and clearly structured workflows. As a leader, you guide your team at eye level while working closely with other departments to define and implement new standards in digital tourism marketing. Must Haves You bring several years of experience in digital content or campaign management, ideally including leadership responsibility. You are passionate about online marketing, tourism and data‑driven decision making. You think strategically, act solution‑oriented and maintain a clear overview even in complex situations. You have a strong sense for language, visual impact and user experience, combined with technical understanding and hands‑on experience with content tools and image editing. You are a true team player with strong leadership skills. You know how to motivate, structure processes and take responsibility.
