As Team Manager Testing & Verification, you will lead a team of engineers responsible for system‑level verification of hardware, software, and firmware according to the V‑Cycle methodology. Your mission is to ensure that all products meet the highest quality standards through robust testing strategies and continuous process improvement.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESLeading the development and implementation of verification protocols, analyzing results, and driving continuous improvement initiativesReviewing product requirements and ensuring the creation of comprehensive test cases for our fast‑charging systems (component, integration, electrical, thermal, environmental, software tests, etc.) to expand test coverage and prevent field failuresDefining verification plans and reports (DVP‑R) and managing their executionSupervising verification activities and resolving technical or organizational conflictsStrengthening collaboration on testing strategies and promoting the adoption of automated testingEnsuring technical quality, documentation accuracy, and completenessWorking closely with cross‑functional teams to address and resolve quality issuesProviding technical mentoring, coaching, and guidance to team membersAllocating resources to projects, including cross‑functional initiativesBalancing workload across ongoing activities and optimizing team capacity according to roadmap prioritiesYOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLSDegree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related fieldStrong technical expertise in Test & Verification processes, with a solid understanding of validation plans and quality assurance principlesProven leadership experience in testing environments, ideally within charging infrastructure, power electronics, or the automotive industryHands‑on experience with the V‑Model methodology for Testing and VerificationDemonstrated ability to lead in a technical environment and manage priority conflicts across multiple projectsKnowledge of quality assurance methodologies and regulatory complianceProject management capabilitiesFluency in English, with very good German and/or ItalianOUR COMMITMENTInnovative work environment in a young, dynamic teamHigh‑tech projects in the future‑proof sector of e‑mobilityOpportunities for advancement in a growing companyA wide range of further training opportunitiesAttractive bonus system and performance‑related payAdditional company benefitsThe position is open to individuals of any gender, sexual orientation, age, ethnicity, nationality, and religious belief.
