Responsibilities- Develop, manage, and create the relationship between the organization and suppliers, customers, and vendor technologies, by establishing and cultivating relationships with key individuals at target companies.
- Assist with the development and execution of strategy and business development.
- Coordinate sales and marketing initiatives to implement business development projects.
- Provide market intelligence; evaluate, develop, and manage market‑specific sales strategies and new strategic business opportunities.
- Ensure execution of sales growth plans. Drive results through demand identification and demand‑creation opportunities.
- Manage people and project work organization.
- Supervise sales activities.
- Be accountable for the performance and results of a team within own discipline or function.
- Adapt departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.
- Make decisions guided by policies, procedures, and business plan.
- Provide technical guidance to employees, colleagues and/or customers.
- Be accountable for the budget, performance and results.
- Address issues with impact beyond own team based on knowledge of related disciplines.
- Proven work experience in the IT industry, especially in Data Center products and services.
- Business fluency in Italian and English.
- Established connections network in the local market.
- Interest in the newest technologies and IT—especially Cloud, Virtualization Services, Security Solutions, and Infrastructure Solutions.
- High level of communication skills, enabling cooperation with the team as well as maintaining relationships with vendors and customers.
- Ability to travel 3 days per week to client offices.

- Permanent contract (with probation period).
