Settore:ContabilitàCategoria:Petrolio e gasLuogo di lavoro:BresciaWe are supporting an international industrial company in the recruitment of a highly motivatedAccounting, Controlling & Administration Manager.This is ahands‑on, operational role , as the person will be theowner of accounting, reporting, and controlling activitiesfor the Italian legal entity.The ideal candidate is aresilient, hard‑working and strongly determined professional , able to operate autonomously, manage deadlines, and serve as the key point of reference for management.Main ResponsibilitiesFull responsibility foraccounting and controlling , including project controlling and coordination of outsourced payroll providers.Preparation ofmonthly, quarterly and annual financial statements(local GAAP).Budgeting : creation and monitoring of operating and investment budgets.Forecasting : quarterly financial forecasts in alignment with management.Management reporting and KPI preparation for decision‑making and business performance monitoring.Working capital management, liquidity planning, deposits/withdrawals, short‑term liabilities.Support incash, liquidity and risk management(internal control processes).Monitoring ofdata qualityacross admin and finance ordination ofproject controllingin close collaboration with management.Acting as key interface forauditors, tax advisorsand internal stakeholders.Profile RequirementsDegree inBusiness Administration, Accounting or Economics , or similar.Minimum5 years of experiencein accounting/controlling roles, ideally in project‑oriented or industrial environments.Strong IT mindset and high confidence with administrative digital processes.Excellent communication skills; Italian required, fluent English.Soft Skills (Mandatory)Hands‑on , practical and operational approach.Resilientand able to work under pressure.Hard workerwith strong ownership and accountability.Determined , proactive, and execution‑oriented.Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving attitude.Additional InformationRole based inBresciawith regular presence required also in theProvince of Venice.Full‑time position with competitive compensation aligned with experience.L'offerta si intende rivolta a candidati ambosessi, nel rispetto del D.
