5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in consulting or medium/large software companies, preferably in financial/banking sectors Proven experience writing functional analysis documents Degree in Economics or Management Engineering Excellent communication and teamwork skills Curiosity and proactive learning attitude with strong analytical thinking Proficiency in Italian Requisiti fondamentali
