IT Infrastructure & Security Coordinator

To strengthen our IT Team, we are looking for an IT Infrastructure & Security Coordinator, responsible for coordinating IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and operational IT processes, ensuring continuity, reliability, and compliance with company and Group policies. supervising the IT infrastructure (network, servers, virtualization, systems); monitoring networks and servers, ensuring operational continuity; defining and overseeing cybersecurity, backup, and system recovery policies; ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate procedures (e.g. supporting new infrastructure projects and plant expansions, ensuring security and business continuity.

IT-focused technical diploma or a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields; solid experience in similar roles (5+ years with a degree / 8+ years with a diploma); strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and systems; experience in cybersecurity (endpoint protection, SOC, SIEM); knowledge of servers, clustering, virtual machines, and virtualized environments; excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian (C1) good command of the English language (B2); permanent employment contract with direct placement in the company; flexible work arrangements that support work–life balance; fresh fruit & Coffee Experience.
