Store Keeper (m/f/d)

Position at Falkensteiner Resort Lake Garda in Salò. Responsible for maintaining cash book, invoice receipt book, receiving goods, inventory management, coordinating with central accounting, ordering goods, and planning distribution among departments.

Your responsibilities

• Keep the cash book and invoice receipt book up to date.
• Receive goods and store them for the kitchen, bar, and service.
• Coordinate and communicate with Central Accounting.
• Order goods jointly with the head chef, restaurant manager, and bar manager.
• Plan how goods will be assigned to the various departments.

Your profile

• 2-3 years of professional experience in a comparable position.
• Completed vocational training as an office administrator or similar.
• Very good knowledge of German, Italian and English.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills; Apaleo skills is advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and payroll accounting is advantageous.
• High service and quality orientation.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence with a winning manner.
• Can-do attitude, hands-on mentality and highly solution-oriented.
• Team player.

Compensation

Compensation is based on the collective agreement for the hotel and hospitality industry, with a willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience.
