Correctly keeps the cash book and invoice receipt book up to date Professionally receives goods and takes care of storage for the kitchen, bar, and service Coordinates and communicates with Central Accounting Orders goods together with the head chef, restaurant manager, and bar manager Organizes and plans how goods will be assigned to the various departments

Your profile

2-3 years of professional experience in a comparable position Completed vocational training as an office administrator or similar Very good knowledge of German, Italian and English Excellent Microsoft Office skills, Apaleo skills is advantageous Basic knowledge of accounting and payroll accounting is advantageous High service and quality orientation Excellent communication skills and a confident and winning manner Can-do attitude, hands‑on mentality and highly solution‑oriented Team player
