Multi property director of finance

Experteer Overview In this role you act as the property's strategic financial leader, shaping and executing finance initiatives that align with brand strategies. You will partner with the executive team to drive profitability, oversee budgeting and controls, and support capital decisions across multiple properties. You’ll deliver timely financial insights to guide operations, safeguard assets, and maximize ROI while advancing the brand’s service and performance goals. This position offers impact at scale within a respected hospitality brand. Retribuzione / Benefits Develop and implement the annual property operating budget and comprehensive business plan Forecast sales vs expenses and identify cost‑saving opportunities Monitor actual vs projected performance and analyze variances Ensure strong accounting controls and risk management Lead budgeting processes, audit oversight, and compliance with SOPs/LSOPs Communicate strategic goals and owner priorities to the team and stakeholders Provide analytical support to management reviews and decision making Mentor and develop finance team, conduct performance appraisals Manage working capital, cash flow, and stakeholder communications Advise the GM and executive committee on financial issues and capital needs Responsabilità Bachelor in Finance and Accounting with 2 years of experience in finance/accounting, or Master in Finance and Accounting with no work experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
