About Role
The ideal candidate will support the Global Commercial Sales function in Italy, specifically the Global Clients development structure, and will manage specific commercial and process projects.
Responsibilities
- Interacting with other corporate functions (e.g. Global Merchant & Network Services, Controllership) and being tasked to monitor and optimize the Supplier Payment processes of American Express Italia and the other Group companies
- Supporting data analysis and process management for selected clients, providing monthly reports to both the client and third parties involved in alignment with the internal servicing team
- Assisting the structure in daily client management activities, producing internal and external reporting and liaising with the operations units
Qualifications
- Current graduate students in Economics are encouraged to apply
- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, think on your feet and proactively solve problems
- Good communication and relational skills
- Self‑starting, innovative thinker who can provide the team with suggestions and recommendations for process improvement
- Fluency in both English and Italian
- Proficient knowledge of Office tools (Excel & PowerPoint)

- Duration: 6‑month internship with potential for 6‑month renewal
- Hours: 39 hours per week
