Next Talent Academy, Società di Alta Formazione, selects up to 15 participants for a recognized HR qualification program designed to facilitate insertion and/or managerial career growth.
The course is certified by the Italian Bureau of Certification (Cert.N.MG0323) and accredited by Accredia. It covers the professional profiles required by UNI11803:2021 “Professional Profiles of the HR Function of Organizations”.
Program Features & Services- Job Placement and Job Training.
- Highly qualified, personalized, and career coaching for participants with medium or high seniority (Personalized Career Project – CDP).
- Coaching for planning personalised career paths.
- Up to 15 participants per cohort.
- Bachelor’s degree in Humanistic fields: Economics/Legal, Sociology, Psychology, Philosophy, Education Sciences, Political Sciences, or equivalent.
- Successful completion of exams to obtain national and international qualifications.
Duration: 180 total hours, delivered online synchronously on weekends, in a “weekend” format. Upon successful examination, participants receive recognized attestation and qualifications.
After completion, participants can work as HR staff or manager across industries, in consulting or training firms, recruitment agencies, or as freelance professionals.
