Plant Manager
Location: Caserta, Italy
We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee production operations at our manufacturing facility, supporting the company's rapid growth and expansion in the Consumer Goods (Detergents) sector.
Responsibilities
- Lead plant operations and manage production to meet scheduled plans.
- Develop and manage production schedules, materials, plant utilization, and workforce planning.
- Collaborate with management to validate plan feasibility regarding production capacity, equipment availability, labor resources, planned maintenance, and raw material supply.
- Define and enforce preventive maintenance programs and ensure timely response to equipment failures.
- Oversee internal logistics activities, production costs, and product quality control.
- Manage plant personnel and evaluate direct reports.
- Analyze production, maintenance, and logistics KPI data.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and identify future investment needs.
- Collaborate with the HSE office and other departments to implement safety and hygiene measures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in consumer goods, detergents or related sectors.
- Experience managing production lines with interconnected machinery converting raw material into finished palletized products.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Employment Details
- Type of employment: Permanent; full time (Monday–Friday).
- Job family: Management/Director.
- Salary: €6,000–€8,000 per month.
