We are seeking an exceptional Chief Concierge for a newly opened luxury branded hotel in Malta, offering a refined guest experience in one of the Mediterranean’s most sought-after destinations.

This role is ideal for a Les Clefs d’Or member who is passionate about delivering personalized, intuitive, and world-class service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Concierge team, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest engagement
• Curate bespoke guest experiences, leveraging an extensive network of local and international contacts
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver tailored recommendations with discretion and professionalism
• Maintain strong relationships with luxury service providers, partners, and VIP networks
• Uphold brand standards and contribute to the overall guest journey and satisfaction
• Train, mentor, and inspire the Concierge team to exceed expectations

Candidate Profile:

• Member of Les Clefs d’Or (mandatory)
• Proven experience as Chief Concierge or Senior Concierge within a luxury hotel environment
• Strong knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and VIP guest handling
• Excellent communication xdwybme and interpersonal skills
• Well-connected with a refined network of contacts
• EU citizenship or eligibility to work within the European Union is required
