THE ROLE The candidate, reporting to the Head of Operational Excellence, Analytics and BI, will lead the global digital marketing analytics strategy of STMicroelectronics, orchestrating the data‑driven transformation and coordinating a global team of seven digital analysts.

The team has a threefold function: governing the measurement framework for ST digital channels, providing competitive insights, and driving enablement through interactive dashboards and training programs.

The role requires strategic vision, leadership, and technical skills to act as a bridge between IT and business.

Education and Experience Requirements

Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics/Marketing, or related fields. An MBA or advanced master’s/specialisation courses in Marketing Analytics, AI applied to Digital Marketing, or Business Strategy will be considered a plus.

Minimum 7–10 years of progressive experience in analytics and business intelligence, including at least five years in senior leadership positions with a proven track record in managing and supervising structured teams.

Solid senior experience in Digital Marketing Analytics, Business Insights, and Competitive Intelligence within complex international environments, preferably in B2B or the technology/semiconductor sector.

Proven career path in coordinating complex, cross‑functional analytics programs, defining global roadmaps, and governing external partnerships with a focus on cost/value optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

Define and supervise the digital marketing analytics roadmap; steer analytical Competitive Intelligence activities to proactively identify strategic positioning opportunities and translate them into actionable recommendations for leadership.

Collaborate with the executive team and functional leadership to guide decisions on marketing, operations, and customer experience through strategic use of data.

Orchestrate the global framework for digital performance measurement, ensuring the evolution of executive reporting tools such as the “Top Page” and the “Digital Footprint.”

Promote the systematic adoption of PDCA methodologies to optimise channel effectiveness and Digital Marketing ROI.

Validate excellence standards for analytics methodologies, data quality, and documentation, ensuring the accuracy and global scalability of solutions.

Drive the adoption of self‑service dashboards and continuous training plans to enable business autonomy in analysis.

Guide and motivate a global team of seven digital analysts (three senior, four junior/consultants); define objectives, support professional growth, and optimise the operational delegation model.

Manage the annual budget of the function, maximising investment ROI, and drive strategic AI use cases such as Conversational Analytics and agentic systems for analysis, planning, and action.

Required Skills Technical Skills

Digital Analytics & Visualization Governance: direct and supervise digital analytics solutions (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics), Competitive Intelligence, and Data Visualization (Power BI, Tableau).

B2B Marketing Ecosystem: deep understanding of marketing automation solutions, CRM analytics, customer data platforms, and the analytical logic of customer experience and the B2B pipeline (Lead Lifecycle Scoring from MQL to SAL) and e‑commerce metrics.

Data Strategy & Governance: solid conceptual understanding of corporate data flows and integration models, mastery of data governance and data quality principles to validate the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of insights.

Managerial and Relational Skills

Strategic Vision and Operating Model: facilitate and contribute to global digital marketing data/AI roadmaps, structuring operating models with clear accountability and effective decision‑making delegation.

Project & Program Management (Governance): master Agile and Waterfall methodologies; govern complex multi‑stakeholder programmes, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

People Management & Empowerment: inclusive leadership focused on talent growth, performance management, and motivation of geographically dispersed teams.

Stakeholder & Change Management: excellent stakeholder management, effective communication with executive teams, and promotion of operational excellence frameworks (PDCA), enablement programmes, and a data‑driven culture.

Language: fluent English (C1/C2) written and spoken.

The expected salary range for this position is €52,000 – €58,000 gross annual salary (RAL), plus variable pay and productivity premium. In accordance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and applicable Italian legislation, this compensation range has been determined based on objective, gender‑neutral criteria, including job responsibilities, required skills, relevant experience, qualifications, and market benchmarks. Placement within the range will depend on the candidate’s profile and demonstrated competencies. The final offer will be made in compliance with the applicable National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL), where relevant, and our internal compensation policies.
