Your Responsibilities
Provide professional customer support via
phone, email, and chat
Assist customers with
delivery updates, shipment tracking, and service inquiries
Ensure a
smooth and positive customer experience
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high service quality
Collaborate with internal teams when necessary
Requirements
Native / C2 level Italian
Good level of English
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused mindset
Willingness to
relocate to Greece
