Experteer Overview
In this role, you lead the Analog Layout team focused on high-performance MCU-oriented ICs. You will drive cross-functional digital IC design activities for complex SOCs, ensuring timing, power, and area targets are met. You will collaborate with analog, mixed-signal, and software teams to optimize interfaces and system performance, while mentoring engineers and shaping design processes. This position offers impact across fast-paced, globally distributed product development and cutting-edge edge AI at the device level.

Lead the full digital IC design flow for SOCs, including specification, architecture, RTL (Verilog/SystemVerilog), synthesis, STA, formal verification, and power analysis
Contribute to DFT implementation and verification
Collaborate with analog, mixed-signal, and software teams to define interfaces and optimize system performance
Develop innovative digital architectures and design methodologies to meet performance/power/area targets
Perform comprehensive design verification using simulation, formal techniques, and emulation
Participate in post-silicon validation and debugging to ensure product quality
Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement of design processes
Generate design documentation, test plans, and design reviews
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in digital IC design
Responsabilità
Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
10+ years in digital IC design with a strong project portfolio
Expertise in Verilog/SystemVerilog for RTL design and verification
Proficiency with industry-standard EDA tools for synthesis, STA, formal verification, and simulation
Strong understanding of digital design principles, CDC, power integrity, and low-power design techniques
Experience with scripting languages (Python, Perl, Tcl) for automation
Familiarity with mixed-signal integration challenges and verification methodologies
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills
