In this role, you lead the Analog Layout team focused on high-performance MCU-oriented ICs. You will drive cross-functional digital IC design activities for complex SOCs, ensuring timing, power, and area targets are met. You will collaborate with analog, mixed-signal, and software teams to optimize interfaces and system performance, while mentoring engineers and shaping design processes. Lead the full digital IC design flow for SOCs, including specification, architecture, RTL (Verilog/SystemVerilog), synthesis, STA, formal verification, and power analysis Contribute to DFT implementation and verification Collaborate with analog, mixed-signal, and software teams to define interfaces and optimize system performance Develop innovative digital architectures and design methodologies to meet performance/power/area targets Perform comprehensive design verification using simulation, formal techniques, and emulation Participate in post-silicon validation and debugging to ensure product quality Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement of design processes Generate design documentation, test plans, and design reviews Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in digital IC design Responsabilità

Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical Engineering or related field 10+ years in digital IC design with a strong project portfolio Expertise in Verilog/SystemVerilog for RTL design and verification Proficiency with industry-standard EDA tools for synthesis, STA, formal verification, and simulation Strong understanding of digital design principles, CDC, power integrity, and low-power design techniques Experience with scripting languages (Python, Perl, Tcl) for automation Familiarity with mixed-signal integration challenges and verification methodologies Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills Strong communication and collaboration skills "Strong communication and collaboration skills" Ability to take initiative, work independently, and lead technical discussions
