In this role you contribute to technology qualification by conducting reliability trials and stress tests to assess device durability and lifetime. You will work with cross‑functional teams to validate technology, calibrate and operate reliability equipment, and analyze results to support continuous improvement. Plan and execute reliability trials (Burn‑In, HTRB, HV H3TRB, HTGB) and transistor‑specific evaluations
Operate, calibrate, and maintain reliability test equipment for precise data collection
Analyze experimental data and contribute to detailed technical reports
Support technology qualification processes and reliability test programs
Diagnose failure mechanisms and troubleshoot reliability issues to improve device robustness
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement and validation efforts
Responsabilità
Master degree in physics, material science or electrical/physical engineering
3 years of experience
Knowledge of reliability physics, semiconductor physics, electronic devices, and electrical characterization methods
Experience in reliability test programs and executing defined test plans
Hands‑on experience with transistor reliability characterization and stress testing
Proficient in reliability equipment and instrumentation
Strong data analysis and technical report writing skills
English language proficiency (written and spoken)
