Privately owned and operated to the standards of an exclusive boutique hotel, the chalet caters to an elite international clientele and delivers an ultra-luxury guest experience with full hospitality and catering services.
Positions Required Private Chef
- Experienced at fine dining to Michelin-level standards
- Confident creating refined, seasonal menus
- Strong knowledge of premium ingredients and high-end presentation
- Ability to cater for discerning VIP guests with professionalism and discretion
- Italian training is advantageous
Host / Hospitality Professional
- Warm, polished, and service-oriented
- Experienced in luxury hospitality or chalet/yachting environments
- Guest-facing role requiring exceptional hosting and attention to detail
- Responsible for ensuring a seamless day-to-day guest experience within the chalet
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Previous luxury chalet, boutique hotel, private household, or yachting experience preferred
- European Passport holders only
- Career-driven individuals seeking long-term seasonal commitment
- Astute, discreet, and highly professional
